If I had my life to live over, I would be a documentary filmmaker. No other media combines photography, film, journalism, poetry, art and music as beautifully as documentaries. 

One of the many things I love about the evolution of media, is the use of mini-docs, usually under five minutes, like this one for Education East Africa.

Increasingly, I see my own work headed in this direction, combining traditional media with new ways to tell our stories. Stories are how we navigate the world. This will never change, though how we tell our stories is constantly evolving.
